We place privity in providing world class training to our staff to support and equip them to meet the demands of their work roles. This is supported by regular supervision/appraisal to ensure continual development.

This means that our candidates have all the relevant and mandatory trainings for their respective roles and assignments.

All our trainings are compliant with CQC regulatory requirements and endorsed by the Skills for Care Framework; a demonstration of our strong emphasis and thorough approach to staff training programmes and processes.

All our employees undergo a mandatory Care Skills training with refresher courses offered annually as a compulsory requirement of the employment contract. Additionally, our candidates undertake specialist courses in;

• Food Hygiene,
• Infection control
• First Aid training
• Medication training and awareness
• Safeguarding
• Fire Safety
• Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA)
